Hi, I'm Jamie Urrutia, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Mercedes Cusick, LMFT. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, life transition, and self-worth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood while also gently challenged toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
