I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who genuinely enjoys walking alongside adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s ups and downs. Therapy is about feeling understood, finding your strengths, and making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you. I take a person-centered and compassionate approach to therapy, recognizing that there is no single path to healing and that treatment should be tailored to each individual’s needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to build genuine connections with each person I work with. I enjoy working with people as they navigate the many roles and transitions that can shape their lives—from relationships and family responsibilities to career changes, self-worth, boundaries, identity, and the often-unspoken pressure to be everything to everyone. Therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for your own needs and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I feel privileged to support my patients and to be part of their journey toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and overall well-being. I believe people are more than their struggles, diagnoses, or past experiences—and that with the right support, connection, and tools, meaningful change is possible.
