I love working with children, teens, and young adults. My background includes experience as both a therapist and a medical social worker. I believe that building a genuine, trusting relationship is the foundation of meaningful work, and I take time to get to know each child and family. Together, we focus on strengths, celebrate what’s going well, and build new skills along the way. In our work, I offer support, encouragement, and practical tools to help children and families feel more confident and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I often use games, play , art, and creative activities to make sessions engaging and fun while fostering growth. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have training in parent child psychotherapy. My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and collaborative. If you’d like to learn more, I would be happy to connect. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
