Introduction

My goal is to support you to empower yourself to make informed decisions that align with your values and desired outcomes. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused and Strengths Based approaches to remain action oriented, collaboratively working towards your goals. I support clients with developing awareness and viewing the big picture. I support individuals navigate through stressors and life transitions. I help to enhance communication skills to foster empowerment while strengthening confidence in their ability to create positive change. I feel passionate about supporting individuals to re-define their boundaries and take ownership of their identity. For me therapy is the work that you do outside of the session time. The mindful & intentional efforts you make to reflect and apply new skills as well as new perspectives to your day-to-day experience; that's where the change will really take place. The work I do with my clients is often centered around Self-Love; being able to nurture acceptance of your true self as it is often the key to alleviating a vast number of concerns and challenges. Collaboration is the key to success.
