Taking the step to reach out for help takes courage, and I don't take lightly the trust it requires. My goal is to offer you a space that feels safe, warm, and free of judgment — a place where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and build more meaningful connections with others. I work with both individuals and couples, and my primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe emotions are important messengers — rather than something to push away or manage, they point us toward what truly matters to you and what you need. Together, we'll get curious about those feelings and use them as a guide. My focus is on helping you break free from patterns that keep you stuck, heal from painful experiences, and cultivate a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself and the people in your life. I strive to make the process feel as approachable and genuine as possible, especially in those early steps when starting therapy can feel the most daunting. I see clients in my Zionsville office and also offer virtual sessions. My practice does not accept insurance directly, though I'm happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
