Introduction

Welcome- I’m glad you’re here! Who I support: -Therapists, space holders -Those preparing for and integrating plant medicine and ceremonial work -Addictions and Cycle Breaking -Supporting High Functioning Individuals, Leaders, and Entrepreneurs -Complex Trauma -Navigating Life as an expat and nomad -The Many Forms and Layers of Grief and Loss -Those with strong inner critics, perfectionist, and people pleasing parts What is my background? I have always held a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience. I come from humble beginnings growing up with the land and continue to let my relationship with the living world influence my work as a therapist and writer. I found Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute and Somatic work through the Polyvagal Institute early in my career and I find both models deeply supportive in working through trauma, trusting our intuition, and finding harmony within. I believe there is a time when consistent, focused trauma work is important and we can emerge from this, often with post-traumatic growth. After the dedicated work, comes the upkeep and regular check-ins with our system (body, mind, and spirit) which are lifelong practices. So what can you expect with our time together? My approach is rooted in gently guiding you through inner transformation and tending; creating space to meet what arises with compassion, helping to metabolize pain, tend grief (following the work of Francis Weller), and honor the protective parts that have served you. Together, we’ll explore what’s ready to be released, nurture what longs to be integrated, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and presence, supporting a life that feels more whole, alive, and meaningful. I hold the belief: We are not broken; rather, parts of ourselves have been exiled and wounded and this work is more about remembering our worth, our belonging, and the life force within. We do so by healing these tender parts of our self, the ones working hard to protect, while listening to the body and spirit. Then comes integrating and weaving these new states of well being (these essential qualities of worthiness, confidence, belonging, joy, freedom, safety, etc.) back into our lives so we may feel fully embodied and expressed. I specialize in: Trauma therapy rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) while sprinkling in somatic practices, mindfulness, and soul work. My approach is both direct and compassionate, offering a space where you can deeply witness yourself and emerge with greater clarity, vitality, confidence, and self-compassion. I believe that within your deepest sorrows, your greatest joys are also waiting to be unearthed. I help people answer the call when their heart, body, and spirit aches, so they may reach a place of peace and possibility. Sessions with me look like: Supporting you to reconnect with your authentic self. If you are seeking to deepen your sense of belonging, self-worth, and emotional regulation, I offer a supportive and intuitive approach to help you get there. I allow my own journey inward, continued clinical supervision, and ongoing education to imprint my work, ensuring that I show up with integrity, curiosity, and a deep commitment to your healing process. Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and paced to meet your unique needs. I provide a grounded space where you can explore, heal, integrate, and transform. Finding the right practitioner is essential. I offer a complimentary consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If it doesn’t feel right, I’m happy to provide trusted referrals to support your journey.
