Introduction

Stop the Cycle: Find Your "Lift" Toward Healing & Change I believe "Pinnacle" is an action word. It represents a collaborative partnership: I provide the "lift" through clinical insight and evidence-based support, while you do the work of "rising" toward the life you want. Whether you are navigating the echoes of past trauma or the heavy weight of professional burnout, you don't have to carry it alone. My practice is built on the 3 C's: Courage: The strength it took for you to search for help today. Compassion: A safe, non-judgmental space to quiet your inner critic. Confidence: The result of our work together as you regain control of your story. I specialize in helping individuals heal from complex and generational trauma—those experiences passed down through families that quietly shape how we see ourselves. Using EMDR and body-centered, sensorimotor approaches, we will work together to uncover and release the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to help your brain and body "reset" so you can move toward lasting change. In our sessions, you’ll find a welcoming space where you are truly heard and understood. Whether we meet in my Blue Springs office or via Telehealth we will focus on helping you become the best version of yourself, as you envision it.
