Introduction

As a mental health therapist, I provide trauma-informed, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace. I have six years of experience working with individuals with compulsive sexual behaviors and survivors of sexual abuse across the lifespan. In addition to traditional out patient therapy I also provide individual therapy services at the Salt Lake County Jail for individuals charged with sex-related offenses. I provide progress reports for court and do a battery of risk assessments. I additionally support family reunification following parental incarceration, working with the incarcerated adult OR the child individually to promote emotional safety, accountability, and the gradual rebuilding of trust and attachment.
