As a mental health therapist, I provide trauma-informed, compassionate care tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace. I have over six years of experience working with individuals with compulsive sexual behaviors and compulsive pornography use as well as providing comprehensive treatment for survivors of sexual abuse across the lifespan. In addition to traditional out patient therapy I also provide individual therapy services at the Salt Lake County Jail for individuals charged with sex-related offenses. I provide progress reports for court and do a battery of risk assessments. I additionally support reunification following parental incarceration, working with the incarcerated adult OR the child individually to promote emotional safety, accountability, and the gradual rebuilding of trust and attachment.
