Therapy with me can include grounding, guided meditation and visualization, Reiki, and spiritual practice based on your unique path. I offer a number of options for therapy, including brief, focused therapy, intensive therapy (2-3x per week), and longer term work. I am dedicated to serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities and to evolving my social justice lens.
