Introduction

Therapy can feel uncomfortable at first, but good therapy balances the discomfort of vulnerability with an intimate, gentle and trusting relationship between you and your therapist. You should feel able to share any parts of yourself that need a closer look. As a therapist I use evidence based treatments and a deep interest in you to help us achieve your goals. I offer individual, group and couple's therapy as well as assessments, and letters of support (for ADHD, Gender Affirming Care or ESAs).
