I have so much compassion and empathy for those navigating trauma, life changes, relational concerns, anxiety, depression, and more. I’ve found that I naturally connect with adolescents through adulthood and genuinely enjoy meeting people where they are in life. I believe showing up authentically and holding space is extremely valuable, especially when so much human connection can feel lost. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves, while making meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them. Therapy looks different for everyone. My approach is person-centered, with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic, and art-based approaches. Sessions may include supportive conversation, skill building, creative expression, and mind-body awareness based on what feels most helpful for you. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you deserve a place where you feel genuinely seen and understood. I currently have openings for virtual and in-person appointments. If you are interested or think we might vibe in session, please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if this feels like the right fit for you.
