Introduction

Welcome! You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with your relationship with food or your body, or trying to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life transition. I work with adolescents (11+) and adults who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I also support families looking to strengthen communication and connection. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward! I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a trauma-informed, person-centered lens. Together, we’ll explore the experiences shaping your struggles and work toward a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re used to navigating things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin! I strive to create a warm, affirming space where you can show up as your whole self, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and feel supported as you find your way forward.
