Introduction

Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes just plain overwhelming. Perhaps, you’re trying to understand yourself better, navigating a relationship or family dynamics, recovering from difficult experiences, adjusting to a life transition, or wondering why some things seem harder for you than they “should.” You might know exactly what you want to work on or just know that something needs to change. Either way, we can start there. My approach is collaborative, creative, and definitely not “one size fits all.” I believe therapy should adapt to you, your brain, your experiences, your identities, your relationships, your goals. Not the other way around. Sessions might involve exploring patterns, processing experiences, learning how your brain works, building practical strategies, or finding a completely different approach when the traditional advice isn’t cutting it. There is also room for humor, curiosity, and the occasional side quest. My work is neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed, and client centered. I integrate multiple modalities, such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Emotional Focused Therapy, and psycho education based on what works for you.
