Introduction

I bring compassion and clinical expertise to work with individuals, couples, and families navigating some of life's most challenging moments. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and military or veteran-related concerns. I have extensive experience supporting veterans and their families through the complexities of service and transition. My approach draws from evidence-based therapies including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused work, and others tailored to your unique needs. I work with children, teens, adults, and elders across the lifespan. I offer flexible scheduling with both telehealth and in-person sessions, and I accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you through whatever brings you in.
