Introduction

I provide trauma-focused psychotherapy for women experiencing PTSD, anxiety, low self-worth, emotional dysregulation, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and painful relationship experiences. Since founding Inspiring Radiance in 2016, I have been committed to providing a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where women feel seen, understood, and respected. My goal is to help clients process unresolved experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop a stronger sense of safety, self-worth, and connection to themselves. My Approach to Therapy My approach is individualized, trauma-informed, and integrative. I use EMDR therapy along with somatic, mindfulness-based, and other mind-body interventions to address both the emotional and physiological effects of trauma. Treatment may focus on processing distressing memories, reducing trauma-related symptoms, improving emotional and nervous system regulation, strengthening self-worth, and developing healthier boundaries and relationships. Therapy is provided at a pace that considers each client’s history, needs, goals, and readiness for trauma processing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Social Work Supervisor, EMDR Certified Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant with over 16 years of clinical experience. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, and women’s mental health.
