Introduction

Graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Alabama- Tuscaloosa in 2007. Janet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida (SW 19810), a native of JAX, Florida and a US Coast Guard veteran. Throughout Janet’s career she has provided individual, group, family, and marriage therapy with people from young children to older people near the end of their lifespan. As a US Coast Guard veteran, she has a warm spot in her heart to treat persons with current or former military trauma. Janet believes that growth is found when compassionate mental health services are offered by a caring and accepting therapist in a way that integrates a thorough evaluation of the current conditions, facilitates clarity of personal and relational honesty, and empowers people through new skills and insights to grow their lives and relationships.
