With a deep passion for integrative mental health care, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine human warmth to every appointment. After ten years in inpatient psychiatric units and diverse hospital settings, the vision for Selah emerged: a practice that would offer something different. Selah was built to be a place where appointments aren't rushed, where medication is considered thoughtfully alongside lifestyle and integrative strategies, and where patients feel like partners in their own care — not passive recipients of a diagnosis. The name "Selah" — to pause, reflect — captures the ethos of this practice. Healing begins when we slow down enough to truly listen. IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRESCRIBING SCOPE: To ensure compliance with current Ohio state laws and federal telehealth prescribing restrictions, please be advised that Selah Integrative Psychiatry does not prescribe controlled stimulants (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse). We firmly believe in root-cause healing and offer comprehensive evaluation and management of focus and attention concerns using non-stimulant medical treatments, gut-brain connection strategies, and holistic interventions. If your primary goal for treatment is obtaining or maintaining a controlled stimulant prescription, we are happy to provide resources to connect you with an in-person provider.
