Life piles up. Old wounds, family patterns you didn't choose, grief that won't move, anger that moves too fast. You don't need someone to fix you, because you aren't broken. You need a place to slow down, look honestly at what's happening inside, and learn to respond instead of react. That's what I offer. I have spent over a decade sitting with families through loss, conflict, and change. That work taught me that healing doesn't come from giving advice. It comes from taking time to explore your life, being truly seen, and from learning to see yourself with compassion. I earned my counseling license to do that work with more depth and skill. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, anger, and complicated family dynamics, including the quiet burdens of growing up too fast or carrying everyone else's needs. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and parts work, all grounded in a trauma-informed approach. In practice, that means we get curious about the parts of you that protect, avoid, or push, and we build a life shaped by your values rather than your fears. Reaching out is hard. If you've read this far, something in you is already asking for change. I'd be glad to meet that part of you.
