Introduction

Are you beginning to ask yourself the deeper questions; what am I doing with my life? What’s important to me? What’s next? Who am I?! Stepping into my office is where we begin the work. It can be uncomfortable, it can be gut wrenching, but getting know yourself enough to trust your intuition and set your own intentions is how we center you in your own story. You are the main character in your life. Recognizing how we often overextend ourselves and act in a way that is not in alignment with what we want, is how we stop chipping away at everything that makes us, US. You want to feel whole, you want to feel seen and you want to feel important. I have worked with a range of psychiatric disorders. I specialize in chronic depression, anxiety and personality disorders. The healing process is tailored to where you are at in your journey. I will focus on getting to know you and how you function so the process feels natural. The journey you begin in therapy will challenge you to make yourself important. We hold onto to narratives that limit us from the very things we say we want. Beginning therapy is how we pivot this self-harming behavior. Your sessions will provide you a space to shift your focus from everything on your plate, to how we can obtain harmony in the present.
