Introduction

I believe that therapy is one of the most difficult and brave steps anyone can take. I have 20 years experience working with a diverse population. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to get to the root of the pain and learn how to deal with it in healthier ways. I like to use humor, accountability and a direct, collaborative approach to therapy, working together with clients to build on their strengths so they can take positive action. Office or virtual appointments available but prefers in person. Limited evening appts available; No weekend appts at this time. AAMFT approved clinical supervisor. 20+ years experience with trauma informed counseling. Can work well with 16+ and adults; individuals and couples (co-parenting included) Please reach out and chat to see if we are a good fit. I have years of experience with lots of people with so many different concerns and issues.
