Therapy can be one of life’s most vulnerable experiences, and having a supportive, understanding space can make meaningful change possible. I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to help individuals build hope, with a focus on recognizing personal strengths, developing healthy coping skills, and building the confidence needed to move forward, creating positive, sustainable change in their lives. Services are available for adults, adolescents, and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), stress, and grief. A variety of evidence-based approaches are used to support each individual’s unique goals. Sessions are grounded in a safe, welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered to express themselves openly, supporting personal growth, resilience, and lasting positive change.
