Introduction

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “Wait—is it me, or is everything just kind of broken?” you’re in the right place. I’m a licensed therapist with 11+ years of experience. I work best with people who feel like outsiders, overthinkers, recovering perfectionists, and tenderhearted cynics. If you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, ADHD, or trauma (especially the complex, long-haul kind), I offer space for both the mess and the meaning. I love working with adults and older teens who are sharp, funny, and emotionally aware—but maybe struggling to offer themselves the same compassion they give everyone else. I use an eclectic approach rooted in person-centered and humanistic frameworks, with touches of CBT, existential therapy, and EMDR when it fits. If we need to get creative, we can. If we need to get real, we will. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. I won’t talk down to you, and I won’t pretend I have it all figured out. I’ll meet you where you are with humor, empathy, and pop culture references.
