I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College and bring nearly three years of private practice experience, along with extensive cross-cultural ministry and community service. I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, women’s issues, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based methods such as EFT, Gottman, and TF-CBT, along with art therapy. I offer bilingual therapy in English and Spanish, welcoming diverse backgrounds and faith-integrated care when desired. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, strengthen connections, and move toward meaningful, authentic change.
