Introduction

Healing is a deeply personal journey, one that unfolds differently for each of us. Whether you’re tending to anxiety, unresolved trauma, grief, or the weight of relationships and expectations, therapy offers a safe space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of you that are ready to be seen and understood. Through authenticity, compassion, and curiosity, I hold space for the many layers and intersections of your identity that shape who you are. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, grounded, and empowered to grow into a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. Together, we’ll collaborate, explore, and gently release what no longer serves your growth. I bring a warm, calm, non-judgmental, and authentic presence to therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and person-centered/humanistic. I integrate IFS, EMDR, somatic, relational, and systems-based therapy into my work with clients. I believe therapy is not just about healing what’s been broken, but about reclaiming your voice and returning home to yourself, more grounded, more whole, and more aligned with the life you’re meant to live. If this feels like the kind of space you’ve been seeking, I’d be honored to walk alongside you through the next steps toward that deeper sense of self.
