Introduction

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems. My goal is to encourage, support and guide you as we work on your goals for a better life. I have over 30 years of experience in providing therapy to adults, couples and adolescents (age 12 and above). I have additional training in evidence based couples counseling. My continued pursuit of further education in relationship counseling enables me to better serve couples who desire to have a more positive relationship. I have completed Level 1 Gottman training, Level 1 Emotionally Focused Couples Training and participate in Terry Real’s "Relational Life Therapy" weekly webinars. In addition, I have had the honor of training and managing other behavioral health therapists since 2002. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for a major corporation in management, consumer affairs and corporate training. This experience uniquely trained me to understand and help clients due to my leadership training.
