Introduction

Real Talk for Real Progress. My mission is to pull you out of your head and back into your life. Whether you are battling the cycle of addiction, the weight of past trauma, or the strain of relationship distress, I provide a pragmatic, matter-of-fact space to regain control. I help individuals and couples (both traditional and ENM-based) move past the mental suffering that holds them back so they can move forward with clarity. I value your time and prioritize efficiency to ensure therapy translates into real-world change. As a Certified Addictions-Informed Professional (CAIMHP) and trained in the Gottman Method, I offer expert support for infidelity, substance abuse, and relationship conflict. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for students and counselors working toward licensure/certification. I am here to work with you, with flexible hours, to address your needs quickly and efficiently. My approach is supportive yet challenging; I focus on accountability to get you back to living your life. You don’t have to stay stuck in your head. Let’s start the work of moving you forward today.
