Throughout my life, I found myself naturally encouraging, supporting, and uplifting friends and family during difficult times. I believe God has given me a heart for helping others, paired with compassion, insight, and a desire to guide people toward healing and growth. This calling led me to pursue my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Azusa Pacific University. Today, I feel honored to use my gift to empower others with the tools, support, and confidence they need to overcome challenges and move forward with purpose. I have a deep passion for working with couples and families because I believe healthy relationships are foundational to our emotional well-being. I value helping individuals and families build respectful communication, strengthen connection, repair trust, and develop healthier ways of navigating conflict. Whether you're facing ongoing relationship struggles or simply want to grow closer, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where every voice is heard and respected. In addition to couples and family therapy, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, divorce, and the effects of trauma. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I am committed to meeting you where you are with warmth, empathy, and encouragement. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're seeking healing from past experiences, navigating a life transition, or hoping to strengthen your relationships, I am here to support you every step of the way.
