Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Whether you’re navigating trauma, mood challenges, or a major life transition, I’m here to help you slow down, unpack what’s underneath, and build tools that actually work. I work with teens and adults from all backgrounds, creating a space where you can be real without judgment. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of your peace and create a plan that fits your life — not just a treatment manual. I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting emotional change. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence to survive. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s a collaboration. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and schizophrenia. My approach blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion to help you move from surviving to thriving.
