Jasmin earned her Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University in 2018. She is EMDR-informed (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and passionate about creating meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to experience clarity, healing, and lasting change. She works with adults 18 years and older, with a special focus on supporting mothers, young adults, and individuals from BIPOC communities. Jasmin understands the unique pressures of navigating identity, family roles, cultural expectations, and everyday stressors. Whether clients are facing challenges related to communication, life transitions, or personal growth, she provides a compassionate and culturally responsive space for development. Down-to-earth and direct, Jasmin serves as an accountability partner for her clients. She helps them process current stressors, identify patterns and triggers, and develop practical strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and sustainable transformation.
