Prioritizing your mental health is an important step toward creating meaningful change, and seeking support is often one of the most difficult parts of that process. With a PhD in Clinical Practice and Supervision and licensure as a Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S), I have over seven years of experience as a mental health professional. After serving on active duty in the Air Force, I made it my life’s mission to focus on mental health in its full capacity. My work focuses on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including supporting individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating questions related to purpose and direction. I have experience working across diverse populations, including rural and Indigenous communities, as well as urban and high-performing individuals managing complex personal and professional demands. I work with adults across the lifespan, including geriatrics, and provide support to individuals, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Many individuals seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, even while managing the demands of daily life. Together, we work to better understand underlying patterns, process past experiences, and create space for meaningful change. The work is both supportive and intentional—balancing reflection with practical steps that help you move forward in a way that feels more grounded, clear, and aligned.
