Introduction

Welcome! I have been providing counseling services to families from diverse backgrounds for about 10 years. My clinical focus has primarily been on supporting children and adolescents who struggle with emotional regulation, including challenges such as frequent outbursts, withdrawal, or difficulty managing intense feelings. I offer both individual and family therapy to help improve functioning at home and school, strengthen family relationships, and support emotional development. I also provide individual therapy for adults navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, respectful of each client’s pace, and tailored to their unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, incorporating elements of play and talk therapy, while addressing issues such as family conflict, communication patterns, and family dynamics. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions to meet clients where they are most comfortable. My goal is to help individuals and families communicate more effectively, build stronger connections, and foster lasting emotional growth. Please reach me by phone or email to set up a 20-minute phone consultation to see if I am a good match for your child, teen, or yourself.
