Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m a graduate student in the Master of Science in Social Work program at the University of Tennessee, and I’m passionate about supporting young adults, particularly BIPOC individuals and women, as they navigate stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, depression, and grief. My path into mental health work has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences, including clinical internships, research assistantships, and facilitating group therapy sessions. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and heard, and to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, process difficult emotions, and build resilience. I believe meaningful change is possible, and I’m here to help you move toward the life you want.
