Introduction

As a therapist, I believe that healing begins the moment we feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're navigating the waves of anxiety, working through past trauma, struggling in a relationship, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to walk beside you with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. I strive to bring a fresh perspective, grounded in strong clinical training and a sincere passion for growth—both yours and mine. I see therapy not as a one-size-fits-all process, but as a deeply personal journey we build together. With each client, I strive to build a space of trust, safety, and authenticity where meaningful change can take root. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and depression, navigating relationship challenges, life transitions including loss, identity exploration, body image issues, as well as chronic illness and medical challenges. I also have a particular focus on supporting individuals with substance use and behavioral addictions by addressing underlying emotional patterns and supporting long-term recovery. I work with healthcare professionals, helping them navigate burnout, compassion fatigue, and the unique demands of caregiving roles. My approach is grounded through a trauma-informed lens as I support clients in understanding how trauma may impact their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while fostering a sense of safety, empowerment, and trust in the therapeutic process. I work with teens and adults. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), strength-based, and mindfulness-based practices. I’m passionate about trauma-informed care, recognizing that healing is non-linear and shaped by culture and experience, while committing to cultural humility and ongoing self-reflection in my practice. I am a recent graduate from Elizabethtown College with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Previously, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. I started my career in the mental health field as a registered behavior technician (RBT) working with children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where I then transitioned to a Multisystemic Therapist providing family therapy to at-risk youth and their families. Originally born in Baltimore, Maryland, I moved to York, Pennsylvania, as a child where I was primarily raised. I have since worked in Lancaster County for a few years. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy kickboxing, eating sushi, watching movies, hiking to visit waterfalls, and spending time with my friends, family, and chocolate lab.
