I'm a Licensed Therapist with a unique multicultural perspective that centers safety, understanding, healing, and growth. I'm deeply committed to supporting the well-being of individuals, families, and communities who have been marginalized or oppressed. I am trained in systemic couples counseling and family therapy, with specialized expertise in trauma-focused care for individuals and children. I work with adults, couples, families, parents, teens, and children (ages 8+), addressing a range of emotional, relational, and developmental concerns. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities who are often marginalized or underserved, including BIPOC clients with multiracial, multicultural, and intergenerational identities; neurodiverse individuals; gender-diverse and queer people; and others navigating systemic oppression. I also provide care focused on women’s issues, such as identity development, self-esteem, relationships, and life or career transitions. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a strengths-based, non-pathologizing model that helps clients explore and heal inner parts of themselves. IFS supports deeper self-understanding and fosters internal balance, especially for those with complex trauma or relational wounds. I have experience working with diverse relationship structures and family systems, including blended families, interracial and queer couples, polyamorous and open relationships, empty nesters, dating and platonic partnerships, and relationships involving neurodiversity.
