I am a supportive and compassionate clinician who walks alongside individuals as they process and navigate life’s challenges. I believe no one should face these challenges alone and I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can show up as their authentic selves. With significant experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I assist individuals in healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. I focus on each person’s unique experiences and strengths, tailoring treatment to promote emotional healing, self-understanding, and personal growth along their healing journey. I work with couples who want to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and break negative interaction patterns within their relationship. I support couples in creating safer, more secure bonds so they can navigate conflict and reconnect with one another. As an integrative therapist, I incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy and strength-based practices to support the clients I see.
