My passion lies in helping you make sense of developmental and relational trauma, navigate systemic barriers, and get to know yourself more deeply. I believe therapy is a space we create together. One where the hard things can be named and processed, and where laughter, wit, and celebration also live. I am person-centered and relational at my core, meaning your pace, experiences, and needs guide our work together. My commitment to you is to listen carefully, ask honest questions, and at times, gently challenge you because I believe you are capable of more than you know. I approach therapy with cultural humility and I take a holistic stance, integrating mind, body, and spirit. Together, we may explore how early experiences and relational patterns shape who you are today (Psychodynamic), tune into what the body is holding and trying to communicate (Somatic Therapy), and reshape the stories you have been carrying about who you are and what is possible (Narrative Therapy). We will also look at how family, cultural, and societal systems have influenced your experiences, choices, and sense of belonging. I am committed to creating a space where your story is honored, supported, and understood. My hope is that you will leave our space feeling empowered to embrace all that you are and step into a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
