I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach to counseling is holistic and person-centered, meaning I look at the whole person. This includes your experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals, while working together to support your growth and healing. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to build healthy coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you move toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
