Introduction

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read this and begin to take the first step towards your mental health and overall self-explore the potential of your growth. It's tough to manage feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, and past trauma alone. I believe it's important to provide a safe space to process and work through difficult situations. I am a bilingual therapist that has previously worked treating adults who have endured past trauma related to domestic violence, sexual assault, and harassment. I have experience working with individuals in the Latino/a community and issues faced in that community. As a therapist, I provide a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as variation of Trauma Informed-CBT, Multicultural approach, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Therapy does not look the same for everyone, I believe in using a combination of different approaches.
