I became a therapist because I believe meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. I draw from person-centered therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS-informed work, mindfulness, and Brainspotting to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen communication and boundaries, reconnect with their values, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Together, we will create space to explore what is beneath the surface while also building practical tools that support lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
