I became a counselor because I have always had a heart for helping others feel heard, supported, and less alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional struggles, or major life changes. My counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I use approaches such as CBT, DBT skills, and EMDR to help clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and begin healing from painful experiences. If desired, I am also happy to incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process. My goal is to provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you are going through. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting counseling. We can take things one step at a time and work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
