I work with individuals and couples navigating perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. These experiences can feel isolating, confusing, and heavy—especially when life doesn’t look the way you expected it to. My goal is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move at your own pace. My approach to counseling is holistic and client-led, honoring the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience. With training in EMDR (Levels I & II), Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I seek to thoughtfully integrate these modalities in session based on your needs, goals, and readiness. I believe you are the expert of your life, and therapy is a collaborative process rooted in safety, trust, and compassion. At the heart of my work is advocacy. I am deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and couples through seasons of life that feel uncertain, overwhelming, or lonely. Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, healing, or connection, I strive to create a space where growth feels possible—and where you don’t have to navigate life’s seasons alone.
