Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling truly heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to build a genuine, trusting relationship with you — one where you feel safe to show up as you are, without judgment. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am licensed as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. My approach is personal and collaborative. I tailor care to each individual or couple, blending empathy, honest conversation, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create real, lasting change in your life and relationships. I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, addiction, and relationship challenges such as communication struggles, intimacy concerns, affairs, trust issues, and emotional disconnection. My practice draws from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Family Systems Therapy, and other research-supported approaches. For those who desire it, I also integrate faith-based Christian counseling, weaving spiritual values and beliefs alongside clinically grounded care. Together, we'll work on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and developing healthier patterns that lead to growth that lasts. Finding the right therapist matters, and I know reaching out isn't always easy. If you have questions or want to explore whether we'd be a good fit, I'd love to connect. Jason is in network with Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Elliance, Highmark, Humana/Tricare commercial, Luminare, Optum, Quest, United Healthcare, UPMC . He also accepts self pay clients.
