Hello! My name is Jason (He/Him) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing online therapy for AAPI, QPOC, and LGBTQ+ Individuals in New York, Washington, and abroad. I currently work with adults and young adults (18+) who struggle with interpersonal relationships, depression & anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, self-esteem, grief and life transitions.
