Introduction

Throughout over 30 years of pastoral ministry, I’ve witnessed all types of people at every stage of life and in all kinds of situations. I’ve dealt with emotional states, from shock, trauma, grief, pain, anxiety and depression to peace, joy, excitement, healing and hope and I’ve counseled and cared for people who’ve been addicts or abused, arrested or fired, heartbroken or obsessed. I’ve also worked with singles and couples, premarital and marriage problems, divorced and separated people who were of the Christian faith, another faith or no faith at all. In so many other cases, I’ve been invited into people’s pain and walked alongside them offering hope. I’ve seen God do the seemingly impossible again and again and again. As a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, I’ll work with you to examine your life and circumstances in light of Scripture. I’ll help you see and apply God’s Word to your life – your thoughts and actions so you’re not just someone who knows the Word, but someone who puts the Word into action.
