I am a licensed clinical psychologist whose training includes a doctorate in Clinical Science from Washington University in St. Louis, a predoctoral internship at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Stanford University School of Medicine. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment, and stress. I also specialize in treatments for trauma-related disorders, including cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure (PE), written exposure therapy (WET), and skills training in affective and interpersonal regulation (STAIR). My approach is science-backed and deeply human—because healing happens in connection, and meaningful change starts with feeling understood. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma, I tailor therapy to fit your unique experiences and goals—helping you build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
