Introduction

As a former ad exec from NYC that went back to school in their mid-forties I found a new purpose in helping others. With many uphill challenges many life changes and challenges I decided to go back to school in my 40s to become a Therapist. After graduating from Loyola School of Social Work in 2020 I went into private practice. Looking at the hurdles we all face whether it be addiction, trauma, divorce and even life changes can sometimes feel like it's trying to move a mountain. We don't need to tackle everything at once, we start with what is most urgent.
