Introduction

My ideal clients are teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are ready to take control of their lives. Whether you're exploring identity, trauma, relationships, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and empowered. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others. Other diagnoses I work with are autism, adhd, & PTSD. Together, we'll work towards your goals of healing, self-acceptance, and authentic living. You'll learn to build resilience, regulate your emotions, and gain clarity, so you can live your truth in alignment with and thrive. I offer an affirming space for clients exploring identity, healing from trauma, and rebuilding connection. Using an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs—supporting self-discovery, emotional regulation, and authentic expression so clients can move from surviving to thriving. I know reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been misunderstood or unseen. Your unique story is important; you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can create a space where your story is heard, honored, and healing. When you’re ready, I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward growth and connection.
