These experiences shaped my calling to counseling and psychology, where I’m committed to creating meaningful change for the individuals, families, and communities I serve. In my current clinical work, I support children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns, helping them develop coping tools, build self-esteem, and strengthen family and peer relationships. I also work with adults and older adults who are navigating stress, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs — blending evidence-based strategies with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
