Utilizing an empowerment, attachment, and trauma-focused framework, I work with clients to blend an approach that best suits them. I pull from a variety of approaches including acceptance & commitment therapy, ego state/IFS-informed/inner child work, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and EMDR (a highly effective therapeutic intervention for trauma).
