Introduction

You notice a lot. You pick up on shifts around you and are often thinking three steps ahead. You are someone others can count on, while inside, your mind rarely slows down. You’re used to anticipating what could go wrong, second-guessing yourself, and knowing yourself well in some ways while still feeling unsure in others. Over time, you may find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted. If you spend a lot of time thinking your way through things, therapy doesn’t have to be more of the same. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and how past experiences may still be showing up. We might talk things through or bring more attention to what you’re noticing in your thoughts, emotions, and body, with room for mindfulness, movement, or creative reflection when it feels supportive. You don’t need to know exactly where to begin. We’ll start where you are.
